Click the settings (denoted by cog icon) or edit button (denoted by a pencil icon) at the top right of the piece of content you would like to move. Select move from the dropdown list that appears. This will take you to a list of pages on your site with move buttons next to them. Click the move here button next to page you would like to move your content to.
